WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A FULL REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.  

PLEASE USE THE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE TO LOOK UP YOUR ORDER AND INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST. ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK USING SHIP SERVICES SUCH AS DHL, FEDEX, UPS, AND USPS. 

REFUNDS

AFTER YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS RETURNED, MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO POST THE REFUND TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
